I have a complaint, what can I do?

Submitting a claim and contacting CEVA Logistics customer service

If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact the CEVA team in two different ways.

To submit a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, complete the “Submit a claim” form on our website. A CEVA Logistics representative will assess your request and contact you. 

If you wish to file a complaint about another issue, you can also contact our customer service department using the contact form on our website.
